Ok so once all the guests have entered where should i put the guestbook so that if anyone who hasn't?
Typcially you put it at the entrance of the reception site and have a hostess or usher direct people to sign it if they didn't already. Your venue should be able to give you a table or lectern to use to sit the book on.
Reply:Besides the bathrooms entrance. Everyone goes there!!
Reply:Where the seating cards are or inside on the table where the gifts will be placed. If you have a table in the entrance where you seating cards are and you place it there people will see it when they pick up their seating cards and if they can't sign it them they will remember to go back. You can also remind people to sign it, have the dj tell people to do it.
Reply:Just leave it at the table at the entrance to the reception. However, don't leave the gifts or cards unattended.
Reply:If all the guest have entered for the wedding then put it in the entrance for the reception.

If all the guest have entered for the reception then put it at the main exit of the reception.
Reply:have it passed around from one table to the next so that every table can pass it around.
Reply:Keep it in the foyer of the building or church, then have it set up inside the door of the reception. Not everyone comes to both, and this will ensure that it will get signed by everyone.
Reply:i would put it near the program book
Reply:you place the guest book in the reception hall not at the church ( or venue ) guest are escorted in and it will take more time for them to be seated if they are signing the book you should also have enough ushers so that they are not waiting one should be coming back as another is going and so on, make sure you stress this or your wedding planner has this going on nothing makes it look sloppy as guest watiting in the foyer to be seated
Reply:Set up a nice table right at the entrance of the reception.
Reply:You deligate somebody to take it round to each guest.
Reply:Put it anywhere you want to; there is no particular place where you must put the guestbook anyway!
Reply:we put ares outside with a box to let them put the cards in and then when it was the evening we had someone bring it in and pass it round and if they have already signed it they can pass it on
Reply:Put it just outside the exit so they can see it as they leave but they dont block the exit if they want to sign it.
Reply:put it in the foyer or on entering the building....i am sure people will See it if it's on display
Reply:Move it to the reception area.
Reply:I would have it by the gift table.
Reply:Put it at the bar or maybe on a small table with a few gifts. My sis had hers on a little table with some nice pens
Reply:Take it to the reception and put it at the entrance, but at the cemermony you can leave it where it is.
Reply:I got my bridesmaids to go round with mine and made sure that everybody who wanted to signed it. (Make sure they have a pen!)
Reply:start it at the entrance to the ceromony and then move it to the entrance of the reception
Reply:The guestbook should stay where it is throughout the ceremony and is only moved when the ceremony is over so it can be taken to the reception hall for anyone who did not get the chance to sign it at the wedding.
Reply:Usually you can assign someone to bring it around to all the tables at the reception, or you can bring it around with you when you go to visit the guests. If you want to set it somewhere, put it on a table next to the cake since most people will go to look at it.
Reply:on the table
Reply:we moved ours to a table inside the reception area. I had someone remind everyone to sign.
Reply:Keep it on that table. If you are having a reception, take it with you and put in on a table at the entrance of the reception so those attending the reception only can sign it.
Reply:How about near the door, or if you don't have a place for it there on the "punch bowl table".
Reply:right by the front entrances so ever one can see were it is
Reply:Right next to the gift table.
