I need to add a guest book using yahoo site builder .I am unable to find insert or add guestbook in addons .p?

Sign in to your Yahoo Small Business account, you will find the option to add a guest book, click on tab create and update in your control panel. From their you can build your own or use the pre-built ones. You will not find one within Site Builder.

The guestbook is in add ons but also it's in Site builder, click on Insert then look through the options!
